New Meter Request

  • Service Application and Agreement (5 pages)
  • Copy of your Recorded Deed (recorded at courthouse)
  • Copy of a Valid and Current photo ID 
  • Right of Way Easement (if applicable)
  • Fees due for Service

Transfer Meter Request

  • Service Application and Agreement (5 pages)
  • Transfer Fee $15.00
  • Transfer Authorization (must have notarized signatures from both the seller and buyer) If this transfer paperwork is not received within 10 days of the Closing date, the water service will discontinued and a $365.00 meter reset fee will be charged to the account for the service to be reinstated.
  • Copy of Recorded Deed (recorded at courthouse)
  • Copy of Photo ID

Reset Meter Request

  • Service Application and Agreement (5 pages)
  • Copy of Recorded Deed (if needed)
  • Copy of Photo ID

Applications must be completed in full and signed. 

Right of Way Easements must be signed by all Property Owners and all signatures must be notarized.

Applicants should contact the office for the amount of fees due for service.  These fees must be paid in full at the time the application is submitted.  

All required documents and payment must be provided before Service Application will be accepted.

Application Packet will not be accepted if incomplete or any additions or deletions are made to any forms.
